The importance of good maintenance.
All equipment needs attention. Consider how expensive endoscopy equipment can be, whether it’s a new or used system. A little extra effort to catch problems early and maintain your equipment will make a huge difference in your repair costs and equipment performance.
Example:One of our major clients in Pasadena had paid out $60,000.00 to Olympus in annual endoscopy repairs for 2005. They agreed to try our Inservice and reaped immediate benefits. They eventually switched to us (Associated Endoscopy, Inc.) in 2006, and as a result, ended up spending only $16,000.00 in annual endoscopy repairs ($44,000.00 savings), benefiting from our free Inservice program and low repair costs.
We believe that there is no such thing as ‘too much education’ for your staff…and you can’t beat the price…it’s free.
There’s no obligation to our company, and accepting our Inservice will not breach any contract with your current vendor.
It usually takes about 30 minutes, and we will conduct the Inservice at a time most convenient for your staff.
When your staff listens to what we have to say, and then, when they apply what they have learned from us,…it is guaranteed that your repair costs will go down and stay down.
Preventative Maintenance Inspection
The Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) is also a no-cost, no-obligation, hands-on training session with your staff, using a few of your own scopes. We will help your staff to quickly identify any potential problems. Buckles in the tubes, kinks in the channels, and leaks of any kind should be detected early.
Following the session with your staff, we will personally inspect all of your scopes on site and compile a detailed, honest ‘report card’ of the condition of each scope, which, of course, is yours to keep for future reference.
Loaner Program
If we are repairing any of your endoscopy equipment, we will provide an equal or compatible unit to ensure that your facility stays functional. We understand that you cannot leave your patients waiting, so we offer a five day Loaner Program, free of charge, prior to your approval of the repair.
After approval has been given, you may have unlimited use of our Loaner equipment while your equipment is being repaired. And our Loaner pool of scopes, processors, light sources, and printers can meet all of your needs even if you have more than one unit in for repair.
So you don’t have a fully equipped endoscopy center…but you still want to be able to perform endoscopy procedures and stay within your budget.
We can provide the equipment for you…from just one scope ($350 per day)… to full tower systems…at affordable daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates.
Endoscopy equipment can be extremely expensive, and it may not be cost effective for your facility to purchase a full tower system. Our Rental service includes delivery, set-up, and pick-up…that way there’s no work for you, except on your patients.
