Established in 1995, aei brings over 20 years of experience in the sale, service and repair of medical instruments and equipment. We specialize in the repair of all brands of flexible and rigid endoscopes, video processors, cameras, light sources, endoscopic instruments and accessories. Over the past ten years, we have expanded our business to include the sale and repair of ultrasound probes and a variety of surgical equipment and supplies. We consistently deliver OEM-quality products and workmanship at affordable prices.
Based in Arcadia, California, aei is primarily focused on serving hospitals, surgery centers and private practitioners in Southern California. We provide the highest level of personal service to our local customers by responding to their needs on a moment's notice, often troubleshooting problems on-site to keep downtime to a minimum. For customers outside our immediate region, they rely on the efficiency of our complementary return shipping service by FedEx.
Our head technicians lead a skilled group of experts in the repair and maintenance of all top brands of medical instruments and equipment. Our OEM-trained director of operations specializes in endoscopy and ensures that aei strictly adheres to all OEM guidelines and meets GMP quality standards.

To ensure full compliance, our 8,000 square-foot service center in Arcadia, California includes a separately managed Quality Control Unit responsible for the inspection of all incoming and outgoing equipment.
